But a Christian is never called to be silent; instead we are called to the great activity of speaking wholesome words that edify other according to their needs, just like the Word of God. I want to talk like my Father.

I really need to take this to heart. I need to stop trying to control my earthly tent, stop being so inward and protective of this temporary dwelling. The security of His heavenly dwelling has surrounded me, and it is my armor as I go out today to do His work. Don’t worry about this life, this little tent, because it is just a shadow of the glorious house to come.

God wants a total relationship with us. Like Andy Mineo says, this isn’t just a Sunday thing, this is an everyday thing. God has filled all parts of our lives and answered all of our prayers. Which is why be don’t have to be anxious about anything but can lift up everything in prayer. When we have this total, everyday and absolute focus on God for anything and everything, the peace that we will have placed in our hearts and minds will transcend understanding. The goodness of being dependent on God goes beyond all things.
